Respected sir/mam, I have completed my degree in bdp from dr. Sashi bhushaninstitute of education hailakandi| assam. Recently i got my provisional certificate from ignou in which my name is misspelled as jagatlal kurmi my actual name is jogot lal kurmi as in my 10th higher secondary certificate current i hope you will do the needfull to make the spelling correct in my original certificate and inform me what to do to change my provisional certificate, i hope u will take this matter as most urgent and mail me with sufficient information on my email id - [protected]@gmail.com.
