IndiTab — Amount debited for Fastag but not refunded

I have made my fastag recharge of INT 505 on 20th oct 2021 amount got debited from my bank account through upi, amount debit was succeful but after a minute it showed payment failed.

I need my money to be refunded on immediate basis.
