IndiTab — money deducted but recharge not done

I made dish TV recharge of Rs.277 through Inditab Es... Ref#IGAHOKMGL9 on 01Dec19. The amount was deducted from my account but recharge was not done. Tried calling the customer care which never worked. Mailed inditab but never received reply. Terrible service. Openly playing the fraud game. Serious action should be taken against such bold thieves disguised as service provider. It's not a matter of huge amount or small amount lost, it the crime commited
