This is to bring to your notice that everymonth after veriying the meter by electricity department only bill would generate but for the month of april'2020 without any meter verification bill has been generated for 711/- and which was paid online as we donnot have any information on the bill generation which would be received by our owner everymonth, as we got informed that no one has come from electricity department to check the power consumption neither they have generated any bill.
We would request you to check the issue and resolve the problem on urgent basis as this amount charged is very high and required complete bill verification and return the excess charged.
