Individual House — Street sweeper sweeping the road and pouring the dirt in front our house

This is regarding the sweeping of the road in s.t. Bed koramangala, the sweeper sweeps the full road and since our house is at the end of the street . Puts all the dirt in front of our house under the tree. As a result the people passing by also throw things like chips wrappers etc under this tree. It has become an obstacle fir free flow of rain water into the drain as there Is an opening provided under this tree. This blocks the water and the water gets collected in front of our house. We have complained to the BBMP AUTHORITIES but they have not taken any action. We have told several times to that lady she seem to be deaf...
