I must express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the recent transaction I had with your company. Now, I have carefully reviewed your return and cancellation policy, and it is clear that I followed all the necessary steps to cancel the product within the specified time frame. I promptly emailed you requesting the cancellation of the product within 2-3 hours of the purchase, as per your policy. Kindly cancel my membership and give my refund.
I have received no services from your company and hence there is no reason to not refund me my money back.
