Now, I have carefully reviewed your return and cancellation policy, and it is clear that I followed all the necessary steps to cancel the product within the specified time frame. I promptly emailed you requesting the cancellation of the product within 2-3 hours of the purchase, as per your policy and telephonic conversation with your representative. I have recorded and kept the conversation as evidence. However, it seems that my request has been completely ignored, and my hard-earned money is still in your possession. This is completely unacceptable and unjustifiable. I expect you to honor your own policies and cancel the product immediately.
Additionally, I demand a full refund for the amount I paid. Failure to do so will leave me with no choice but to pursue legal action against your company.
