Indoco Remedies Ltd — Atm card not receive till date | |||
Respected sir/ madam I mahendra bhat work in indoco remedies ltd waluj aurangabad my atm card was expired i received massage from saraswat bank 10th april i got the atm card after 7 working days and pin code was not come i called the waluj branch and they told that courier person had not got the address so they have return it to bank and i checked courier docket no. The status was return to origin i was informed by the staff that i will be getting the debit card kit within 15 days but i didn't receive any thing. Finally i gave a call to your customer care dept. And there again i faced problem giving all the details and finally the person informed me that it will take another few days so i waited again but i didn't receive any thing. It is really disappointing that the bank take so long to give a debit card atm. I request you to look into the matter and have debit card issued as soon as possible.
