dear sir, I am a resident of elite anmol appt, opposite adarsh shishu vihaar school, bicholi hapsi road. The approach road to the appartment has empty plots on both the side due to which there is a nuisance of garbage dumping there. The garbage accumulated has increased so much that it is very difficult to walk down due to foul smell.All the more instead of improving the condition is deteriorating day by day. Kindly do the needful solution for this problem.
