Indore Municipal Corporation [IMC] — SEWAGE billing discrepancy

This is regarding my SEWAGE billing against GCP / 64347.

I have paid all my dues till 2019-20 against GCP 64347. I was trying to make advance payment for 2020-21 and following up with Indore Nagar Nigam Zone 07 ward 34, however they said there is no such GCP available in system for 64347.

Somehow I managed to get connected with Mr. Ramesh Yadav ([protected]) and was able to get my New GCP i.e. 602489.
Now the thing is all my old payment records are not tagged to newly generated GCP.

They are asking me to show the proofs of payment, which I don't have. As I just keep current year receipt with me (trusting nagar nigam system). I have a receipt of 2019-20. And paid all my dues till 2019-20.

It would be really helpful if you can escalate this to the IT department to get the solution on this.
Old GCP should be tagged to the new GCP and show the payment details which I made earlier.
