[Resolved] Indore Municipal Corporation [IMC] — Unauthorised construction

It is to bring into the kind consideration that J-1 flat resident is unauthorisedly and without the Permission has done construction. This Flat J - 1 is in the Uday vihar AWHO COMPLEX ARNAYA NAGAR 78 SCHEME OPPOSITE ATAL KHEL PARISAR GROUND Indore. Inspite of requesting to stop the construction the construction has not stopped to which other owners have raised objection . This may disturb the peace & tranquility of the complex. It is requested to kindly look into the matter and take action against the illegal & unauthorised construction in the J- 1 A multi storey which is in the Awho complex and is the defence land +2 photos Was this information helpful? Sep 05, 2021 Updated by MK2727sk This is to inform you that one Mr Deepak Pawar, r/o J- 1 Uday Vihar AWHO Complex, Scheme 78, Vijay Nagar, Indore Which is situated in our Society Complex has unauthorisedly and without any permission is constructing an extended part of his flat in the J BLOCK A MULTI STOREY on the defence land of our complex. Inspite of requesting him to stop the illegal construction, he is not stopping it thus causing a situation that the PEACE AND TRANQUILITY is endangered as many owners are raising objection and the same may turn into a violent situation at any point of time.
