my bill amount is too high in my bp no.4000345229

Kindly check my bill amount as it is too high in comparison of last bills and i m paying all bills in time. I have called several times to ur customer care but no response only waiting. I did mail also.

I have tried several times to resolve this issue but no response from ur side.
It’s very bad but customer service is very poor
Resolve my complaint urgently as last date has gone....

excess bill

ng not started even after multiple requests

I am the resident of logix blossom greens jn sector 143 noida. I made several calls on your customer care number and to a couple of another individuals of your department but no one showed up till now to start ng in my aoartment even after making 10-11 calls in last 1 month.

Please note that i clearly mentioned in my request that pipes and meter are installed and only ng needs to be started but everytime people...

Hi, i have face the problem last year2017 and i have payments two connection and paid in my h. D. F. C bank and payment transactions done igl account. Secound part meeter fix it my two floor but very poor service. Last part i call the customer today 24/10/2018 i told to him. I faced the problem she told to me i have not deposit the money of the conecation but i told to her i had pay them and meeter fix it at my home is gas supply not coming...

delay in new connection 4000659796

Hello there i applied for new connection (Bp [protected]) in july 2018.

My connection is not installed, i tried contacting the customer care but no gain.

When i applied for new connection, even on the website, it is mentioned estimated time to complete is 3 months but when contacting customer care after applying for connection they mention for each step is it 3 months feasibility study 3 months cheque clearance...

not getting the bill

I am not getting the bill of the indraprastha gas pipe line at my residence and even not at my work place and after that i am getting a letter of immediate disconnection if bill is not paid. Howsoever the letter is dated in the starting week of october and i am receiving it in the end week of november. Can i get the answer for my query? Please provide me a good explanation of this behavior and i want to know that how the customer should tackle...

Made so many complaints to your customer care, every one assures for quick action but nothing seems to work.

igl connection not installed

This is our complaint which should be resolved on priority basis. We have paid the full installation fee of rs 6000 in advance on august 5, 2018 but still we have not got our installation done. We have made several requests on call center for speedy installation of our connection but till today no action is taken and our request/complaint are being ignored without any reason. Again i request you please install our gas connection.

The gas stove bursted after your person installed gas pipeline and started the gas. No one has come to repair and install the pipeline since then despite repeated calls. Furthermore they say that they dont care about the bursting and installation will cost us 250 rs more despite spoiling our 6000 rs new glass stove. Your phone is also not active ( helpline). It says that services are not available.

By mistake a wring bp number was registered in online banking account. Consequently, a wrong bill payment was made. Immediately the matter was escalated on 28th september 2018 and a reference number [protected] was generated y igl on 28th sep. Thereupon, we called them and told them about the same. They asked us to provide a copy of bank statement which was provided instantly.

wrong bill and a rude customer care representative

Today on 3 rd nov 2018. I received a message from igl that i have a bill payment pending of 2100 rs. With wrong meter reading which was completely different from my meter reading today. So i tried to make a complaint on customer care no [protected], there sat a rude and ruthless customer care representative who did not even listened to me and did not even try to solve my problem and i again received the same message. This is highly disappointing...

not installing the meter out side the kitchen

Dear igl,

Your technician installed the connection inside the kitchen for their own convenience, we are requesting to installed it outside the kitchen they refused and cancel the connection.
I want some one to visit from higher authority to check is it feasible or not as they have install some connection outside the kitchen.

Pls check and take some immediate action as your people are not ready to co-operate...

regarding png connection in home.

Applied for connection on dated 20/05/2018, but not started till today... I have called many concerns/persons regarding this but no positive response from their side... Even though they given nos to talk one by one... The meter fitting is also not up to the mark, its very near to gas stove... These type of miscommunication shows the negligence of the company persons ant it shows the negative reputation of the company......

complaint regarding png connection

Applied for connection on 20/05/2018, but not started till today, many complaints on phone nos of different persons but in vain... Even meter fitting in not in appropriate direction... Many talks with the senior concerns but no positive response from them... So do the needfull and take necessary action in this regard... Coz these type of persons are spoiling the emage of the reputed company......
