I have applied online and made payment for new gas connection on 07 December, 2021. It's been more than 9 months and I am still waiting for the connection and meter installation.
I have raised many complaints to customer care, every time they say that " we have forwarded your request to concerned department, you will get call in 2/3 days" but nothing has happened so far. The latest complaint no is 11032372 which I raised today, 12 Sep, 2022.
I even visited their walk-in center in Chinchwad and sent an email to [protected]@mngl.in and I keep on sending reminders over that email asking for latest update and when will the installation be done, but neither I got any update over email nor on phone.
This is clearly harassment of customer.
Can someone please check this on priority???
