New meter reading

Address: Flat no 302, Guruprasad Appt, Left Bhusari Colony Kothrud Pune.

My BP Number is 50012768 & Address is Flat no 302, Guruprasad Appt, Left Bhusari Colony Kothrud Pune.
Around 1+ month back, your team installed a new meter. since then, Meter is not showing any reading & its stuck at 000000 only. Another problem we observe is, after meter change, the flame of the stove has no enough power in it & so it takes longer time to get a food ready.
Need your quick help to resolve this issue....

Non Used connected GAS Bill

Address: Sai Vista Society, Rahatni, Shivraj Nagar F 104, Pune-411017

B.P. NO. 50398921, BILL NO.[protected] date 29.04.2025. Connection is not used no any kind of pipes are connected to the main line with our burner. We are using our own cylinder from the date of living there. we just got the connection in emergency along with whole society. but never used. bill is wrong and countable in fraud case. Request to cancel the bill and visit to the meter connection location For further physical verification....

Request for reconnection

Hi team,
I requested for reconnection for MNGL, but technicians are not responding.
Called multiple times but no response. No value for customers.

Technician contact no-[protected]--Deepak. He told my issue will resolve in 1 hr but for 4 days issue is not resolved....

I requested a new Piped gas connection for my flat in Warje, Pune back in July 2023. I received the attached welcome letter over email as soon as I paid the fees. However, nothing after that. I have even submitted a Complaint/SR on MNGL website. No response on the same.
Attaching the photo of welcome email.
The flat is currently rented out and I am outside India. Any help in this matter would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

    Non Receipt of Gas Bills

    Despite several attempts and after writing several emails and also registering Online for my Gas connection FOR BP No.[protected] Meter No.[protected], I ma still not receiving my bills Online .

        It is more than two months since we receive our welcome letter of aforesaid BP no. One of the executives called about a month ago and did not turn up on the time he had assured to come for the installation of mngl neither did he picked up our multiple calls .
        today also one of the persons called who named himself as Ajit Kumar and told that he is nearby and i asked him to come in 15 minutes and i left asap from office to be home in 15 minutes and immediately called him but that gentleman did not bother to answer my endless calls . when i called from another no he said that he has reached at other location . when i asked then why he asked me to be home, he kept the call on long hold and did not answer . It is such a disgusting service that i have been experiencing for the last more than two months now .

        Can i expect any resolution to this as we are fed of the scenario.

          we are using the gas connection from 5 July 2022.
          I have diligently corresponded via email, initiating follow-ups over the past six months; however, regrettably, the issue remains unresolved.
          My BP number is 50300847, and my registered address is C1-1101, Paranjpe Abhiruchi Parisar, Dhayari, Pune 411041.

              BP[protected] Connection not done since last 10 months
              Address: Plot no 14 sunderbaug colony parshwamani near agarsen bhavan dapodi Pune 12

              I have sent a request to customer care on 6 November 2023 regarding my pending connection as meter has been installed two months ago.
              I have been following up with Customer care as well one of the representative who made connection to other flats in the my building to connect my Gas to MNGL pipe.
              No one is responding on my request and its been pending since last ten month.
              Let me know if you cannot provide the service so

              This is the 10th month. We have already paid the full amount for this connection and still its not is function.

              Can this be checked on high priority?

                  My BP number is 25010153. since 6 month i am requesting for connection to MNGL Nashik team. instead they generated bill against my BP number in month of OCt 2023 without connection in my house.
                  Continue i am follow-up and all details mailed them but still not received any response. I am very disappointing they way of work MNGL Nashik.
                  I am writing here to you please look this matter on your level and resolve this issue because MNGL Nashik is not responding on it.

                        Hi, have made multiple calls, have only got false commitment. I have made payment for connection in June (BP No. 50351918. There is already gas pipeline connection in society. Only flat where I am staying now does not have connection. Kindly send your technician who can come and do connection and fit meter in our house.

                          My bp no is50349307 .I have done payment for the gas connection at my residence since May 2023, .I have mailed several times regarding the installation of the connection for which every time I am assured that i will get the connection soon so far 4-5months have passed but i have not got the installation done.please do the needful asap

                            I have been pursuing disconnection gas line for many years with MGNL. (MNGL B.P. No.[protected] The disconnection form along with cancelled cheques have been sent multiple times via email. Moreover, the house has been sold and no longer in my possession, which also had been communicated to MGNL multiple times.

                            The customer services department has been of no use and do not seem to have the ability to resolve issues. They are only able to send a standard response stating the following sentence every time -- "your concern regarding disconnection has been forwarded to the respective team".

                            Despite my multiple requests to disconnect, they also continue to send an outstanding bill. These amounts have been cleared from my end minus the security deposit, which I do not need to pay as i am disconnecting.

                            It has been frustrating experience dealing with the customer care organization. Help to resolve and get my gas line disconnected will be much appreciated.
