Sir,
I have flat no. 0407, tower - cs 10 in supertech cape town, sector - 74, noida which is locked for quite sometime and nobody is residing there. I plan to sell it soon. The last tenant had paid the final gas bill before vacating the flat and gas valve was closed. Hence there is no gas consumption till date. The person taking gas meter reading (Mobile no. [protected]) called me in the past seeing the locked door and i told him no meter reading is required as nobody is staying in the flat. He might have complained to his office and today i have received invoice sms for rs. 836.40 - png bill for bp no. [protected]. This bill must have been made on the basis of past average monthly reading as meter can not be seen now.
Since i stay in bangalore, the door can not be opened & show the meter to the site person.
So, please cancel this bill as no gas is consumed and oblige me.
I promise to show the meter with nil consumption to the concerned person when i visit the flat in near future.
