Dear Sir,

I regret to say that I have committed a mistake for applying new connection with PNG, Despite of my several phone calls and email, PNG deaf and dum officer did not reply. This is very unfortunate. one hand PNG official are giving wide publicity for new connection and other hand, the customer who has already been applied new PNG connections are not giving providing connections . This is joke with public. How the PNG official to make the public fool.

I would like to bring your kind notice that I, have paid security amount of Rs. 6000/- vide Cheque No. 154865 dated 12/06/20118 Canara Bank, Branch Jeet Singh marg, New Delhi 67 by hand to Mr. Abhishek Mani on 12/06/2018 for installation of new IGL connect at Flat No. 321, SFS DDA flat pocket-I, Sector 5 Dwaraka, New Delhi.

The amount has already been credit in company account on 28/06/2018 and confirmation received from your office but my connection is not yet installed.
As per terms and conditions mentioned in your website, the connection should be installed within 45 days from the date of apply and realization of security amount. The time limit of for installation of connection has already been over.

If you are not able to install my connection, than my security amount may please be returned to avoid litigation .

The company employees has visited site so many time, and demand some favour. This very wrong. kindly look into the matter .
This may please treated as notice.

    We live in sec-20 pocket -16 house no-120 rohini. Few months ago igl has install under ground gas pipeline in our pocket - 16 but the employee of igl have not filled the holes on road side which they have done during the underground conection. So i on behalf of my pocket - 16 sector - 20 house no 120, 118, 106, 105request you to fill the holes properly.

      Unable to contact iglbcustomer care. All the time it states single statement all agents are busy attending other customers please stay on line.

        This has reference to your above mentioned invoice number no. [protected] dt. 27.07.2018 wherein meter readings have been recorded wrongly.
        The above invoice shows meter reading recorded as 268.004 while as current reading recorded today i. E 9th aug 18 is 261.000 (Photo of meter is attached. We have been paying minimum charges applicable on time. The previous consumed readings those could have be adjusted in minimum charges have been accumulated in one invoice no.[protected] dt. 27.07.2018 with the result of which i have been unnecessarily been charged with rs. 733.27. Please correct your system and reverse the invoice charges with corrected final bill.
        Also, you are sending e-mails to wrong mail id., please check and correct my postal pin code & mail id that is as follows:

          Sir,

          I have flat no. 0407, tower - cs 10 in supertech cape town, sector - 74, noida which is locked for quite sometime and nobody is residing there. I plan to sell it soon. The last tenant had paid the final gas bill before vacating the flat and gas valve was closed. Hence there is no gas consumption till date. The person taking gas meter reading (Mobile no. [protected]) called me in the past seeing the locked door and i told him no meter reading is required as nobody is staying in the flat. He might have complained to his office and today i have received invoice sms for rs. 836.40 - png bill for bp no. [protected]. This bill must have been made on the basis of past average monthly reading as meter can not be seen now.
          Since i stay in bangalore, the door can not be opened & show the meter to the site person.

          So, please cancel this bill as no gas is consumed and oblige me.

          I promise to show the meter with nil consumption to the concerned person when i visit the flat in near future.

          It is requested that i could not understand why gas pipe line is fitted on the wall of house no-27/44, gali no-9, vishawas nagar, shahdra delhi-110032 for giving gas connection to house no-27/43, gali no-9, vishwas nagar, shahdra Delhi-32.now i request you to please remove gas pipe line from the wall of my house no-27/44 immediately.

            Dear sir,

            We have shifted flat no. C73, block b 9/13 sbiofficers flat, sector 62, noida on 02/08/2018. We have telephonical (No. [protected] and [protected]) assurance given for joining the gas pipe to burner on 06/08/2018, but still work is not done. My family is facing lot of problems.
            We don't know the bp no.
            Please arrange to connect the igl gas to burner soon.

              Hello igl,
              For the past three weeks i have been trying to get my name corrected, e-mail and phone number updated for my bp # [protected]. I have submitted multiple complaint forms and e mail to the customer care for the same. I had also sent my property tax receipt as proof of ownership. I have had minimal response through emails. The customer care numbers are never reachable and i have tried mutiple time across different times with no response.

                I am trying to call customer helpline number but it is not working for couple of days now...without registering request for new stove change and not sufficient air pressure at pipe line the control room of sahibabad is not working on request.. Without stove the life is very difficult..
                Please resolve the issue of customer care number [protected] as soon as possible..or request the control room of sahibabad to act on my request..

                  We are a residential housing society at c-58/3 sector-62 noida of 96 multi-storey flat. Vide letter dated 17.06.2018, i, v p singh, secretary on behalf o[censored]sha urea apartment requested the igl at d-35, sector - 53 requested for shifting of line of tower 5 & 6 a’s society is planning to construct a society office on the site. On day some mr goyal visited the premises. He was of the impression that complaint no. [protected] was lodged by a flat owner. On being shown the copy of the request letter, mr goyal was explained the work to be done at the premises. He left the society with the assurance that he will revert back in two days with tentative estimate. Full one month has lapsed since the visit of mr goyal, but no one turned up. Today i. R. 04.08.2018 i again ranged up to vikesh joshi, dealing person for registration of complaints/request at igl sector 53 noida, but of no avail. He provided the number of mr goyal, who did not pick the phone. It is requested to visit the matter to immediately address our request.

                    The meter reader behaved in the house as if the house belongs to him!

                    He enters the house with his slippers when he can see all the slippers are kept outside the house. Then after the meter reading, in a very loud voice while making his exit, he shouts asking where is flat number 432! At that time i tell him he should have removed his shoes outside the house and his reply ‘koyi baat nahi’!!

                    Then i call ur customer care number to report the same and i have to hold for 9 min before i can speak with a rahul who sinply directs me to email for feedback and suggestions

                    I speak to his supervisor who telle the same to me without asking if matter on hands rewolved or not and gives me cusomercare. [protected]@igl.co.in to write to

                    I ask him for a nodal/retional manager and get a hold of 30 sec and says cannot give at this time since numbers or manager has been changed.

                    Gives me the control room number for oushp vihar to call instead to talk about meter reading issues - [protected]

                    This is the customer service offered in time of security when needed

Still awaiting for installation, almost 1and half month has been passed.                         png bill not received every time

                        I have a png domestic connection having bp no.[protected]. My bill didn't received any time on my registered email id, hard copy bill also didn't received by igl. Many times complaint registered in igl customer care but bill not received anytime. Very bad service provided by igl customer care. I have facing this problem from long time but solution not provided by igl till now....

                        This is in reference to bp no.[protected].
                        I have a complete ticket record of my queries regarding why
                        1. My bill is not generated on app
                        2. Bill not reflecting on site
                        3. Seeking help from customer care for bill
                        4. Bill is never sent to the connection address
                        After all this, they are charging a me a penalty fees for late submission of bill.
                        I don’t understand when all utility bodies are moving with such a drift on technology these people are not even in the race.
                        Igl representative come n take reading, even after that this has happened.
                        I have screenshots and sent on mail to igl but no one has time to reply them
                        The worst experience with igl
                        I want to file a complaint and want igl to send me new bill with penalty removed.

                        Kindly help me on same as i can share all proofs of what i wrote above.

                          It is my 6 visit at cng filling station at udhyan marg, mandir marg, every time after waiting more than an hour at this station i am unable to get full pressure of filling and mostly i got 4kg, near about rs.200, the manager always have a same excuse the low pressure from the company,
                          But whenever i fill cng from nagla machi at ring road i got full tank and good pressure (Near 7kg or rs.330app.), and also from other stations "dawarka 23b", "ioc coco niti marg" i always got a good pressure
                          I am facing this low pressure problem since last 10 months from only at udyan marg, mandir marg

                          Please resolve the issue and take action at this station
                          Or change the management of this station.

                            My connection no. Is bp no. [protected] at ra-42, inderpuri, i floor, new delhi. I wish to change the registered mobile no. For billing as it was in my sons name who has now migrated abroad. The earlier no. Was [protected]. Please change it to [protected] for all future message. We were abroad from 23rd may 2018 to 14th july 2018. After returning my meter reading shows 00550 77. Kindly generate the bill as per the above reading for this period.

                              regarding wrong address and excess billing

                              I find from the records that a wrong address is being mentioned on the bill every time.
                              My correct address is a-2/226 and not a-2/266
                              Secondly billing for the current period is also doubtful. Kindly arrange to get it re-read. During the current period there is very less possibility of consumption to the extent of 29 units.

                              I am trying to contact IGL customer care since 29th Aug for disconnection request. My call been put on long long hold with NO customer care attending the call.

                              I tried to send email through IGL website, that also not going through as the "Captcha" trouble. It continuously say that entered captcha is not correct, in-spite of entering the correct captcha

                              I don't know what to get my connection disconnected.

                              I tried to contact your customer service for the last many days but no customer agent available to take my request.

                                  I have a flat in logix blossomcounty sector-137, tower e-1203. Igl laid down gas pipline in whole society. Igl issued a bp no:-[protected] to my flat on 2016 but till date gas connection is not fixed. I have deposited inr10000 in advance. I called several times at igl offices and igl person but nobody fix this issue. I request u to look at the matter and start the gas supply.

                                    not receiving bills for the igl connection

                                    Hi,

                                    I am not receiving any bills for the igl connection installed at my premises having bp no : [protected].

                                    I had raised this through igl customer care and was assured that now bills will be delivered.
