I was placing order for subject sampoo on 25+05-2022, payment done through UPI, but order confirmation not received. The message was do payment in order to complete order or COD, I opted for COD, hoping that my payment will be reverse in 5 days as mentioned in portal.
Till today I have not received payment, the product was received against COD.
I raised querty multiple time with indulekha customer care, but no luck.
There customer team is always hurry in closing the complaint without providing the solution
