I ordered Indulekha product and they delayed my order delivery date from 14 to 15 then 18 and from 18 to 22 every day they shows delivery unsuccessful every day without even contacting me, and when I try to contact them they told we are working on it and does not provide any solution regarding delivery.

    Hello team. I'm Pasupula Sravani. Recently I bought indulekha hair oil from Meesho. But the bottles were not contain any package. It's colour different and it has a completely different order from the original one. It seems like a fake product and they have added some artificial fragrances.
    So please take action against them to forbid them to do the same thing again in future.

        I have placed an order to Indulekha on indulekha.co.in on 2nd Nov 22 . Till product not received. Tracking shows product pickup for last 10 days.
        Tried on tollfree number and mail to contact. No luck.

            I was placing order for subject sampoo on 25+05-2022, payment done through UPI, but order confirmation not received. The message was do payment in order to complete order or COD, I opted for COD, hoping that my payment will be reverse in 5 days as mentioned in portal.
            Till today I have not received payment, the product was received against COD.
            I raised querty multiple time with indulekha customer care, but no luck.
            There customer team is always hurry in closing the complaint without providing the solution

              Hello sir/mam,
              I am Dhanashri Ganesh Chaudhari .I order Indulekha shampoo 340 ml on 304 rs amount from your website www.indulekha.co.in on 4th may on12.39 pm.
              The specific amount was debited from my account but I can't got any confirmation messages or mail regarding the same.
              I had message about debit money and also screenshot for regarding i attached to this mail .Also I paste the message below to whoever money would credited.
              "Your a/c no. XXXXXXXXXXX0831 is debited for Rs.304.00 on[protected]:39:11 and credited to VPA paytm[protected]@paytm (UPI Ref no[protected] Suvarnayug Bank"
              So please verify this as early as and please refund my money as soon as possible to my account.
              I hope your team will help me out .

                Today on 4th may 2022 I had booked a order for Indulekha shampoo 340 ml 304 rs on 12.39 pm.
                Money was deducted from my account but I have not received any order confirmation message so far that I have not received the mail for confirmation.
                On account order history it shown like "you haven't placed any order yet".
                I attached screenshot for money debit.
                customer care would not provide info sincerely.
                They says we raised ticket regarding and you ll get mail but till i didn't got any mail or message.
                Plz I humble request to get it back as soon as cancel my order and refund my money back as early .

                    This product doesn't have barcode and smells peculiar unlike the original product I have purchased before. This bottle is also of very low quality and duplicate.

                      After using indulekha hairfall is abundant hairfall is not reducing .Tried switching to others product but it has increased. I am really worried help me with solution using the product since 1 year
