Hi, I booked wagon r vxi 1.2 on 29 03 2021, I paid an advance of 30000 rupees. I request a cancellation on 02 04 2021. and i submit an official cancellation on 09 04 2021, i provided my account details and i was expecting online money transfer via NFT or RTGS, After 2 weeks when enquired, they asked me to go to the showroom to collect a check of RS 30, 000. During this pandemic this is not the recommended way, currently here its lockdown in kerala, Trivandrum. Please refund the amount to my account via RTGS - NFT. I booked new age baleno 1.2 on 18 03 2022 through Shiju Ebrahim (Sales Executive, Pattom, Trivandrum), with an advance payment of 30000 rupees. I request a cancellation on 25 03 2022 due to the non availability of the vehicle in your hand. and i submit an official cancellation on the same day via the same executive, i provided my account details and i was expecting online money transfer on my bank for the last two weeks. I contacted them so many times but get my money back.
It's your mistake for taking my booking without checking the availability and I need my full amount back. So I request you to solve my issue immediately.
