[Resolved] Indus Motors — negligence in servicing the car | |||
Dear sir, I have given my balenlo for servicing on 05th october 2019 at indus motors service centre, venpalavattom, thiruvananthapuram. I drove back the car after servicing to my home and after that i didn't use my car till 12th october evening as i was out of station. And on 12th october 2019 when i drove the car i noticed that the oil indicator blinking and the car was not moving with full power as earlier. After reaching home when i opened the bonnet i was shocked to see the lid of the engine opened, the cap was placed somewhere separately and oil spilled all over the engine parts (Photo is attached). I tried to contact the service centre and customer care with the available numbers but noone is picking the phone. I can't move my car in this condition as i dont know what all damages has happened to the engine of my car due to this. I request you to kindly do the needful for checking the damage happened and compensate me for the negligence happened from the service engineers immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
