[Resolved] Indus Motors — complaint regarding the quality of vehicle

I have purchased one ertiga vdi 1.5m on september 02, 2019 from indus motors, palakkad, kerala bearing regn no. Kl 09 as 1155 chasis no.167454, application no. Kl[protected]. Yesterday i have noticed one oil spot where i have parked the vehicle. I believe that around 100ml of oil have been drained from the engine. I took the vehicle to indus motors from where i have bought the vehicle, there they have informed me that the oil seal have been damaged. They have not given any specific reasons for the same. The vehicle has not completed 800 km on today and i have not done the first free service till now. Your authorised dealer has informed me that the damaged part is not readily available neither in kerala or tamilnadu. It has to come from the head office of msl. According to your authorised dealer it will take around 8 to 10 days for that item come to the dealer. I am amused to hear such a thing from the authorised dealer of maruti suzuki limited which is one the renowned company of india.
I am deeply unsatisfied with your vehicle which caused us both time and money. It has also caused mental hardships to me. I regret to inform you that i will be forced to go the consumer court if the vehicle is repaired with in one day. Hope you understand my position and do the needful at the earliest.
