Sir, I bought a maruti alto k10 vxi amt, with registration no. Kl 51 g 1532 from maruti indus truevalue, chandranagar, palakkad, kerala on[protected]. I was told that the vehicle is in tip top condition and is with out any problem. But on[protected] at the time of 1st free service indus motors, palakkad recorded that there is problem with the battery. The told me that the same has to be replaced. They also advised that the truevalue will do the need full. But the truevalue has not attend to this in spite of repeated reminders to the manager, and the sales executive, mr. Dinesh. The vehicle is within the warranty period and has run only 8800 kms. They have also not given me the warranty card and the details of the battery, without which i can not make a claim with the battery manufacturer. I would therefore request you to kindly direct the indus truevalue, to arrange replacement to my car battery or at least get me the details of the battery and it's warranty card. Hope that this will receive the personal attention of all concerned and the needful will be done to get the battery replaced with out any loss of time. Bad and careless interior services done by indus neyyattinkara service centre. Careless and irresponsible staffs act like tbey are tbe manager. Stupid staffs dont know how to clean interior. Using air compressor to clean. It should be a vaccum. They doesnt care even after given feedback 2 times.
