Indus Motors — missing additional fitted lights and petrol level

Sir,
My car reg no KL 26 F 010 had an small accident a few months ago and I claim in insurance in ur ADOOR showroom.. I had informed the service advisor about my additional fitted lights and full tank petrol.. but unfortunately when I get back my car the petrol level is in reserve state and light are missed. I had complaint many times no response
