Indus Motors — poor quality spares and replacement

Very poor in repairs. A simple windows knob get not get replaced correctly. Staff behavior is excellent but quality of service does not match that. Other than a good wash i feel service is not upto the mark even if you are regular. This 350 charector limit is bloody irritating. Who will have the patience to wrote esays in today's world. I think it's a good way to prevent negative feedback. Very good thinking

I have taken a new maruthi swift from Indus motors, thalassery. Mr Anil has been delivered the vehicle. He didnt give me the original invoice of the vehicle. I requested him a lot times to give original invoice for audit purpose...
Now a days he didnt pick my calls..
Pls solve the issue on very urgent basis..
