Dear sir, Iam a resident of palakkad district from kerala state. I have booked ertiga vdi (White) model shvs vehicle on 13/04/2017 at indus motors, ottappalam. By enquiring at this branch office i could find that they didnt got any any information yet from head office about the time at which the vehicle can be delivered. I would like to ask u about the time at which the vehicle can be delivered. I would also like to know whether the whole amount booked is refundable or not. On 20/05/17 morning i had given my car for service as it was facing some problem in gear shifting. For service i took it to nearest center which was at indus motor, mallapally, pathanamthitta. Car was delivered to me by evening after delivery some noise was coming from the car. and today the car is facing the same promblem for gear shifting.
