On this site there were two tower one of vodafone and other of reliance but
Around after 3 year vodafone was merged with reliance without my concern. After merging i am only receiving the rent of only one tower.
They are using more area which was sanctioned to them in the agreement and also damaged the roof and street.

His is to inform you of the criminal activities that are being carried out by multinational giant reliance infratel ltd and indus towers ltd. This is to notify the media that reliance infratel ltd and indus towers ltd is charged with abetment to criminal activities involving illegal possession of private property, forgery, criminal intimidation, illegal construction etc. This matter involves mr. S. H khan's property at khan estate, 74 p kherani road, saki naka, mumbai - 72. Reliance infratel ltd. Located at koparkhairane, navi mumbai, 400710 indus towers situated at skyline icon, 3rd floor, andheri kurla road, near mittal industrial estate, andheri east. Indus towers had taken the terrace property of s. H khan's estate under a lease and license agreement for five years. However when the time for renewal of the agreement arrived both reliance infratel and indus towers criminally deleted s. H khan's name from the agreement and also abetted forgery of his signature for the same. Also when a rti application was filed on the said property it was found that neither reliance telecom nor indus tower had the appropriate municipal permission to erect any mobile towers at khan estate. There is a fir registered with number 436 of 2014 at saki naka police station. S. H khan approached the police several times during the course of three years, but no action has taken place nor any charge sheet or investigation has taken place. Psi dev bangar of saki naka police station is in charge of this fir, however the inaction of him and his team shows clear motive to protect the accused and indus towers and reliance telecom. Anticipatory bail amount has not been paid, despite many efforts of s. H khan's legal team to carry forward this case.
On 7th of april, at mumbai highcourt, justice shreeram fined indus towers ltd the sum of rs, 50, 000 as bimal dayal ceo has failed to file a reply to the affidavit and reliance infratel ltd. Rs. 25, 000 as director chhaya virani has even bothered to file a reply to the affidavit. I would just like to state that s. H khan has been silent and gracious inspite of these criminal activities at the behest of these multinational companies, hoping for a peaceful and amicable solution. However failure of the company secretary or director to even acknowledge these criminal proceedings shows how little regard they have for the indian laws and justice system. Nobody is above the law and being a public listed multinational companies one would have thought they would have more ethics and regard for society. Being public listed companies, it is the right of the share holders to be informed of these criminal activities being indulged in. There are many similar cases throughout the nation of such corporates trampling upon the common man's rights. This is a clear case of a goliath trying to fleece and intimidate the common man and deprive him of his fundamental rights which are enshrined in our constitution. I do hope this matter is taken seriously and given its due coverage as it symbolizes a great issue rampant in our country.

The rentals received has been for Rs 21, 999 for 3 months starting wef Jan 15 ito each of the partner, BUT the rentals received in the month of October has been just Rs 9796/, I wanted to get this to your notice and know the reason.

The company named indus tower ltd. Wanted to setup a mobile network tower in 19. Collinton road, darjeeling, in 2009. They already had a tower setup in lal kothi, with which they had some dispute and hence wanted to transfer that tower to my house (19. Collinton road). At that situation we were not informed about the dispute. They came, made the deal, agreement was signd but copy was not forwarded to us. The matter of concern is, they told us to make some changes in the terrace as we had an attic being built there. We were asked to demolish half of the attic to built the tower there. They gave us two weeks notice. After we made everything ready they never showed up. My father wsss handeling the situation but he passed away. After that me and my family tried to get hold of them but they never ever co-operated. They would come, promise us something and again never show up. When we tried to contact them each time different person would come up. I am a student, and i am very unaware of how to andle this situation. But i know what they did was wrong. I want them to compensate for the loss.

I want to know is that the indus towers have any project in madhya pradesh in perticular bhopal for installation of 4-g network roof top towers.

Beacuse some body approch me for installation of roop top towers for bharti airtel company. He promise to give rent of rs. 30500/- per month and advance of 12 month rent, for completing th formalities he want rs. 50000/- for insurance, and other permission work. Till date i have not paid any thing to him

We asked the company to put tower in our property. they told you have to pay amount rs.1350 as registration fee and Noc amount rs.34600 but after paying both the paying they have charge from us Rs. 25000, Rs.30000 and now charging amount Rs.45000 in different heading.we have pay 45000/- and now we are asking we will not pay again and reject the tower but now they are refusing to pay but they are not returning our money so what should we do

Sir please be informed that it was proposed and agreed to install tower on the top of our building situated at #15-16 1st main 3rd cross srk garden jayanagar Bangalore41, job commenced in December 2015 some local miscreants complained to local municipal cause mentioning that its hazardous to the health of the people. Now the job is stopped since 2 months inspite of reminding your company officials(Mr. Devraj) neither take a appropriate against this objection and complete the tower installation job nor conclude by terminating the agreement. I request to resolve the matter at the earlier on priority basis.

Indus tower company is using my land from past 8 years without paying a single rent. They have not done the agreement also and without the agreement they have occupied the place. The said Building not only is situated in a densely populated residential area, We suppose According to the Mcd Guidlines no tower can be erected in residential areas . Also as we all know that It Causes very harmful effects on humans living nearby and on the guidelines of Hon’ble Delhi High Court Towers are not allowed at residential areas, It creates many diseases like Cancer, and also affected the infant old people and specially for pregnant women. It’s Radiation is very harmful for all. Some people have already being detected with diseases like Cancer and TB in the region. Dear sir, few days before my mother saw some advertisements for tower installment in a news paper and she call them for more details they said that we are from INDUS TOWERS and we will install vodafone tower on the your roof and will pay you 90 lakhs security plus 90000 rent plus job so we agree. During this conversation they did told not us that we also have to give money to them. They said that they are from Bangalore and the procedure will start when you will submit 1500rs registration amount in their bank account, after that a post is cam to us with some legal papers in it demanding that we have pay another 36000rs other wise any leagle action can be taken on us so we have given that also.After all this they said 30lakhs will be transfered in your account but you have to give 30000 as TDS first and this will refund within one week and they also said that you can first 30lakhs when you give this money but they are still not giving 30lakhs nor our 65000 back.If we are calling them they are just like sir 30lakhs will send you in 2hrs or till tomorrow. on this if any one can help us please contact me on this number.[protected]
