It is with great agony that i wish to bring your kind notice the callousness shown by your franchise /contractor. I am resident of Khandamara village, Rajnagar, Kendrapara . I want to know, without a valid NOC from Sarapanch/ Rajnagar Tahasil, how did you plan to install the mobile network near my plot. Which will affect radiation and many more issues of my family/Villagers. Also, the plot is in resimile and a part of my property, which you are doing the tower. So, Please inquiry the above matter and do the needful at earliest. If you are unable to inquiry the following subject, I'll be go to court of law.

I have every hope that you will take a prompt action & oblige.

We the residents of the settipalem Village makavarapalem mandal anakapalli dt in Andhrapradesh state, Indus towers have planned to construct new mobile tower in survey number 45-6 which is in between the our homes/ residence and NOC was given without our notice in Dec 2022. We have raised a complaint/ public grievance to Dist. Collector Anakapalli, Sub Collector, Narsipatnam Division and MDO Makavarapalem mandal about this issue and requested to change the location due to public inconvenience as per GO MS no. 8 Dated 6.9.2021 govt of AP,

We sincerely request indus towers to take necessary steps to alter the location and to construct the new mobile tower atleast 500mts away from our residence .

We the residents of the settipalem Village makavarapalem mandal anakapalli dt in Andhrapradesh state, Indus towers have planned to construct new mobile tower in survey number 45-6 which in between the our homes/ residence, already one jio mobile tower was present in survey number 45-6 and the new planned to construct adjacent to it, we request you to change the location of the new mobile tower and also request you to maintain one kilometre distance from mobile tower to mobile tower(MFEC. Dept. GoI) In this juncture we request you to construct new mobile tower atleast 500mts away from our homes/ residence, with lost of hope and positive response from the indus towers company

I am Joydeb Ghosh landlord of Bhaskur Mayrapara Domjur site ID no - 102387 is having a complaint regarding increment in payment of monthly rent not initiated as per agreement which is 15%. I am still getting the previous rent.

Good Morning

In our Premises located in Old Washermenpet, we are the landlords (G.V. Janarthanam / G.V. Punniyakotti / B. Saraswathi / C. Prabhavathy / D. Thilagavathy) given our premises for RENTAL to INDUS TOWER (ID. No. CHM758 and Korukkupet – 4) from 2006 until 29-SEP-2021. We gave a clear notice to Indus Tower before 6 months from the date of rental agreement expiry dated on 29-SEP-2021, stating that we are not interested to RENEW the rental agreement. But Indus Tower representative requested to extend for One Year from 30-SEP-2021 to 30-SEP-2022 as a “Short Term Rental Agreement”. Also, Indus Tower made 3 times extension for short term rental agreement without taking prior permission from any of the landlords mentioned above.
We requested an Indus Tower representative to provide a proper “Rental Agreement” for One Year extension, but until now agreement is not submitted by Indus Tower.

Now one year extension is also completed on 29-SEP-2022, but until now cellphone tower belongs to Indus Tower is “Not Evacuated or Removed” from my premises. Also, I am trying to contact Indus Tower representative through “Normal Phone Call / Whatsapp Call / Whatsapp Message / E-mail” for past 3 months, but until now “No Response” from Indus Tower representative Mr. Shakir.

The above behaviors done by Indus Tower are not acceptable and making trouble to us. Because we tried to support Indus Tower for a short term rental agreement, but Indus Tower didn’t follow and breeching the agreed statement. Now Indus Tower is running a cellphone tower in my premises in a ILLEGAL manner.

We are officially notifying you that Indus Tower should evacuate or remove cell phone tower in our premises and close all our recommended points within 15 days from today or else we will take respective LEGAL actions.

Overall Communication Details are given below:

1. Rental agreement RENEWAL not interested notice given by all landlords – 23-MAR-2021

2. Rental agreement from 30-SEP-2016 to 29-SEP-2021 expired on – 29-SEP-2021

3. Short Term Rental Agreement from 30-SEP-2021 to 29-DEC-2021 requested by Indus Tower – 28-JUNE-2021

4. Short Term Rental Agreement 1st Extension from 30-DEC-2021 to 30-APR-2022 without landlord permission - 31-JAN-2022 Only Request Letter Submitted

5. Short Term Rental Agreement 2nd Extension from 01-MAY-2022 to 24-JULY-2022 without landlord permission – 24-MAY-2022 Only Request Letter Submitted

6. Short Term Rental Agreement 3rd Extension from 25-JULY-2022 to 31-DEC-2022 without landlord permission – 23-SEP-2022 Only Request Letter Submitted

Until now we didn't receive the F&F settlement paper from Indus Tower and also no further steps were taken by Indus Tower.

Kindly go through the above concern and take respective actions.

Indus towers is not payed rent from 2 years. The agent who made agreement is not responding to us. 2 years rent is pending.
They cheated me by not paying any rent from the beginning.

As per agreement month Rent is Rs 3400 but we got only Rs. 1400 since two month . As per the real estate team, stamp duty was deducted but it is clearly mentioned in the agreement copy, stamp duty paid by Indus Towers Limited.

I representing M/s Siva Sai Builders and developers Pvt Ltd, are one of the beneficiary to receive the monthly rent and accordingly you have been paying for the last 22yrs.
In july 2022, the agreement was due for renewal and now Annapurna Apts association had raised a objection, that the owners names should be removed from the agreement and total rent should be paid to them only. Hence dispute arosed.
Recently your executive contacted and collected the documents from both the parties.
When i want to contact the incharge Mr. SRIDHAR KULKARNI to know the company stand, he is not lifting the phone nor giving response on whatts app or SMS.
This approach of your executive against land lords is not correct and should not be encouraged.
Hence teach him how to handle situations and how to avoid legal issues.

As per your tower installation in radheshyam phase 5, muradnagar -201206, neighbours are not happy the towers installations . So, request to please revisit the location and take some positive decision to shift the tower from this location to another

Dear sir,

There are three mobile towers in Hnahthial, Mizoram, Pin - 796571 and this grievance is about the transformer feeding the Hnahthial - I tower which is used by network providers such as airtel, reliance jio and vodafone.
For days now, there is a spark in the said transformer on and off making some noises and there is no any care taken to rectify the fault in the circuit. If this spark is neglected and left unattended for more days, it may even cause breakdown of the transformer causing problems to the supply of electricity.

I, therefore, request the authorities concerned to take urgent necessary measures to stop the spark to avoid further problems.

The Tower ID 10790008 was installed on my land during 2008 in the name of Hari Singh who expired during Aug 2019. as per old agreement a clause for the rent increase of 10% every 5 years was incorporated. As per that the last increase was given in Aug 2018. The agreement was transferred to my name ( Darya Singh Sangwan ) after death of Hari Singh on 01 Aug 2021 and the rent increase clause was modified and agreed by both the parties and the modified clause incorporated read as " The rent will be increased by 10% after every three years starting from the last increase."
I had tried at all the levels but no satisfactory reply has been received so far.
A copy of Page 3 of 11 with rent increase clause is attached for ready reference. As per this the rent was required to be increased by 10 % from Aug 2021.
I would request you resolve this issue at the earliest please.

1045221 IN- RENEWAL cum ownership.

The compaint is to renew our lease agreement from 2015, they are using the site without renewal of site lease, paying old rent till 2018 and since 2018 no rent is paid. Even after several meeting and Agreements have not been done and they are not paying the dues and renewing the lease. They are trying to use pressure to renew at pathetic rates whereas our tower is in the very POSH COMMERIAL PROPERTY IN NEW DELHI.
