your tower is our third floor since 2014 when your generater is running heavy vibration from first floor i was complaint on 2015 and i went to u s a now iam return back same problem is till date i was complaint your persons several times our parapet wall is huge damaged iam attach here photos please take necessary action immediatly and repair our wall and arrest vibration your generater base...

From last one month this tower is not in service due to that we are facing so much problems, Tower operator is not coming from last month please look into it on high priority.

This is regarding expiry of lease deed between erstwhile M/s Bharti Cellular Limited dt. 14.07.2005 and Mr. Arun, Anil & Ajay Chandak through their partnership firm M/s Shree Maheshwari Mills for Tower No. CGGT10458 installed at Gandhi Mandir Ward, Bhatapara, Chhattisgarh. Lease Agreement expired in July 2020 but the company (Now, Indus Towers) is reluctant and ignorant vacating our land on which tower is installed. We have already asked for Rs. 2000 per day as damage on non vacation of land.

Requested sir, i am karunakaran owner of indus tower site in kandigai(rathinamangalam). Tower number = 1333609. Sir the main subject is we want security camera for our safety. Because in our area theft are daily going on . Even the theif killing people and taking the things. If the security camera is there it will be good for you and me. Because your products are also not gets stolen. So kindly understand our problem and order on installing cctv camera

I have been raising this concern since July last year. My roof where the tower is installed is so badly damaged that in monsoons the water from the roof seeps into our house.

It is hazardous living here and no one has taken any steps to improve our situation.

I live here with my mother, and we're being harassed by constant inspections with no results. Just because we're women, we aren't given any respect and are lied to constantly by the spokespeople. We're expected to let strangers come into our house during a pandemic to survey, yet nothing is done for safety.

We've seen that indus towers doesn't care about the danger to our life. If no action is taken soon, we'll be forced to involve a legal representative who will look out for us, since indus representatives don't.

1) We are facing extreme water leakage, and because of that walls and roof top are getting damaged. complete POP is in verge of demise. leakage is too much huge, that we need to keep buckets to prevent water falling from the ceiling. we recently done with complete interior waterproof painting of our flat, but still you can see images of the issues in attached zip folder. Earlier the situation and picture was worst.
2)Because of leakage, we are facing high risks and threats of short circuit. It has happened in past as well. I have attached one of the case in attached zip folder.
3) Considering asthma/BP/Heart patient in my home, adhoc maintenance activities with large machines moved and installed, we face some disturbances.
4) post maintenance, waste materials is not cleared like wires, metal rods, wrappers creates unhygienic conditions. Also, it creates blockers to drain water. since a decade, my father(Who is an Ex-serviceman) is clearing and maintaining roof top, to avoid issues.
5) Technical team drilled many parts of roof top, and but still those are not plastered can be seen in image.
There are lot of issues which are not possible to cover in this email. Request you to consider the same.

The Tower agreement was expired on August 2020. But the Tower representative named Paneer Selvam convinced us that it will be relocated in 1 or 2 months and extended the agreement till December 2021. We were told that minimum extension period is one year but it will be relocated in a month. But there is no proper response from him till the date.(15th July 2021). Due to this our construction work is stopped and we are not able to get any loans...
