Dear Sir

We haven't got the April payment and the old dues are also pending. You told me that all the old dues will also get cleared. Till when do you want to continue like this. This is absolutely unprofessional and not accepted to us. You don't even pick our calls. I just received a call from Lords building maintenance office for their dues. They need to rectify the electricity line otherwise your Tower site might face electricity disruption and said they will not be able to do anything until and unless all their dues are paid. Even we are unable to commit them anything since we are not getting the payments from your end and neither you people are responding to our request to clear all the past dues and taking the matter seriously. Please consider this as our formal intimation to you and your company that until and unless you clear all our past dues, we will not be able to pay to the Lords maintenance company and in the above circumstances we will take no responsibility if there is any disruption in any service related to your Tower site and any loss arising due to it and/or incurred by your company. Now the matter rests in your hand.

The total due amount is Rs.628640.09-up to dated 13/05/21. Kindly take matter seriously and do the needful urgently.

In my land airtel tower was placed and land was under my dad name, last 2018 Aug my dad was passed away hence we tried to change tower lease under my mother name. We provided death certificate also still they didn't accepted that. They informed we need to take Legal heir so we provided same. Legal Heir contains my grandmother name, mother name, younger sister name and mine. They took more than one year to change lease name of all four us. From 2019 we didn't received rent amount from them until name change. Three months back they paid arrear amount but they given only 70% arrear amount, while we asked about remaining amount they are not responding properly. After huge followup we received statement from them, in that they spitted the monthly amount into four parts as Legal Heir. In that mine, sister and mom part of amount we received but my grandmother part amount they didn't credited that one year. Till date am following up still we didn't received any resolution. They are not ready to help.

We are not getting the correct amount for the year and we are following Mr. Mubarak from Chennai for more than 3 months and there is no proper response from the company. Kindly check and credit my pending amounts quickly.

With lots of hope am writing this email with expectation of getting resolution on the payments even after installation of the two weeks since 10months. Neither we have received the deposit nor the rental till date. I have been following up with the executive who took the document formalities everything but post installation none of them turned up to clear the dues.
While installation they damaged out property too...

I want to draw your attention that your sub contractor is installing tower forcefully and encroaching our land. Enclosing the copy of STAY.

Your Employees Mr.Sree Lakshmi ([protected]) is going to install a Tower in Illigal Building, which is Very harmful for Neighbours, have not followed any direction while constructing the Building have Voilted all the direction of Gramapmchayath
In 600 Sqft they have build a 5 floor house without any plan and building is not stable, we want to know who given certificate without even Checking Your Exucutive has taken a Bribe and Force fully installing tower and we are calling Media People here want to show the building and how illegally they are Installing,

I didn't received my rent from May 2017 everytime i visit your noida office they told me that they will pay rent soon...but it's been 4 years and i have not received a single rupee...i request you please look into this matter and pay rent ASAP.

Lease Agreement is effective from 28/3/2005 for 10 years with Lessor Mr. Pramod Modi. He expired on[protected]. We are his legal heirs and revised agreement has been signed with us for Airtel Towers IN-1042692, rent for which is also irregular.

However, for IDEA after initiation of lease agreement extension for 18 years till 27/03/2023, no rent has been paid since August 2019, even though the towers are being used.

We are in touch with your local office for over last 5 years but there is no resolution. Mr. Subbu Sanaka used to say that matter is at head office in Delhi and he is awaiting fresh agreement. For last several years, he is not responding. We are in touch with Ms. Padmavathi and Ms. Shruti at Hyderabad office who also say they have sent email but they are not getting any response.

We will be forced to send legal notice and terminate our agreement and further steps as advised by our legal team including Winding Up petition against your company unless all old rent dues are acknowledged and paid along with GST and the lease agreement is regularized.

I submit my property before 6 month but no response

Hi sir, I am from krishnagiri district, Land owner agreed only for airtel network installation but we can to many network has been installed and every month few network working happening frequently. Please stop installing tomany network in single tower. Because It residential area and government primary is in 100 M from the tower.

Please request you people to take necessary action about this problem.

For the inevitable reasons cell tower work has been stopped So far, we have not got justice

There is so many problems regarding to my site . Please contact me fast. There is a nest on tower i have been hiten by them many times i am compalinning about this too many times but no response and aslo there is payment problem if i didnt find any action on my problem i will sue your form in court
