Tower installation is going on the roof of 03 storey building HN.265A/7C/1, Newada (Kachhar), Ashok Nagar, Prayagraj, house owner Manoj Singh/DP Singh by your company M/s Pragati construction (P) Ltd., It is densely populated, flooded and unauthorized residential area.Also some tution centre for children, Play School for children and Nursing home are located nearby above said location. So It is not following DOT guide lines for Mobile Tower...

Indus Towers is very irresponsible to pay landlord rent. They are not receiving phone calls also. I have renewed rent agreement in September . At the time of renewal, the company assured us to do the pending water leakage issue. But this issue remains unsolved.
Also, we have not received rent from last 3 month. I have contact Indus Aurangabad Area Manager-Mr. Khalid Shaikh, but he is also not responding.

I have also written mails to Indus mail ID- [protected]@indus.com but issue not solved yet.

I contacted customer care on 12th Nov to show my concern about getting less rent than it should be and I was assured that I will be contacted within 1-2 business days however no one has contacted me yet. Hello,

My name is Rupeshbhai B Patel . I had given my property on rental basis to Indus Towers since 25/04/2003 and the agreement got expired on 26/04/2018 . I requested the personals at Indus towers to dismantle the tower which is situated by Indus towers on my property .

After a few meetings, we came up to the final decision and created a Full And Final Negotiation Deed which stated that the company will pay the overdue rent which is outstanding since March 2016 and pay the rent of Rs40, 000 per month after 30th August 2019 . So the total amount which is due is accounted for Rs7, 01, 225 (as of 25/02/2020) . And at the same time, the rent of almost 5 months is due from 25/02/2020 (as of 2nd November 2020). I've also tried contacting the customer service but they aren't responding properly or neither they are taking any strict measures regarding this matter .

The officers at who are responsible for this matter are saying that the higher management is not approving the F&F Deed because they think that the figure is too high for the company . At the same time, The officers at the vadodara office do not response to my calls and make foolish excuses whenever I call them .

I haven't yet recieved any NOC for the dismantled tower as well . I request the management to take this case seriously and take action regarding this matter.

Apki Amritsar branch se Jo Diesel technician ki milta hai vo oil DG's Mai na jakr market Mai sale hota hai, or j sbb kuj technicians krte hai. Technicians fake alarms generate krte hai or DG reading manually Run krvayi jatti hai. Mai khud technician Manak ko aisa krte hoye dekha hai.please in jaise logo pr hard action hona chaiye.

I'm worked as security guard in indus towers (BSC. Tarn Taran. Punjab) site I'd. 1028016. In my job period im seen the Technician Run fake alarms of Main fail, and DG ON. Also Run DG reading manually.they take Diesel on behalf of Reading and alarms time and Sell Diesel in Market. It is a Big Scam and all technicians are involved with this directly, may be also involved management.im also sent you some Call recording between me and Technician. Because technician Used me for this operation. And send me to any Site to run alarms.technician name is Manak from Amritsar.
Please take action on these things 🙏.

I contacted them to know more about the schemes but the employees o[censored]p east branch of indus towers which is located in Lucknow abused me just for asking about it at 10:30p.m I even have the recording in my phone

I am user of jio network, here at this location there is tower which is of indus tower company, but all the users are facing very difficulties regarding network issues, as the power supply cuts off the network becomes zero this problem is happening since last 1 month, as we all know that 90% office works and children school all the the things are dependent online, i have raised complaints so many times on district level but then i came to know that jio officers can’t do any thing regarding this problem. They told me that you have to contact indus towers.

My wife is having frequent sudden loss of vision due to epileipcy stoke. Since March 2019, we requested tower people to removal video notice dated 17th July 2019. Still no action taken by the. Not responding. Once we started calling for reply. They send a letter threatening that they will put reverse police case on us for objecting.

Indus tower chennai circle office is highly inefficient and they take their own sweet time for any customer complaint.in my case, they are taking more than five months for simple name transfer process even after submitting all necessary documents what ever they wanted. Indus tower should stop harassing it's customer. I am fed up and would like to revoke the contract termination.

This is to bring this matter under your attention, the rent for the tower has not been paid since june 2017 to till date. Kindly provide justification for not paying rent in details.

We have already sent written communication to indus tower noida office, everytime when we visit noida office they told that they'll pay the rent soon but no response since long time.

And i complaint many time's about this matter to indus towers customer helpline. But they are not giving any answer.

Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible, and take action accordingly.
Please pay our rent as soon as possible.

Here have no airtel 4g signal sourroundin 6km from our area. My gram panchayat is formedwith 15 village, but we deprived from airtel 4g service.
