Agreement signed with Indus Tower Company on 1/2/2015 is exhausted from 1/2/2015 to 1/2/2021. Although I have not yet received the 6 year rent arrears of Rs. 1161000, I humbly request you to pay my arrears of Rs. 1161000 as soon as possible.

in my house tower was installed on 1997.Last two years my building got so many cracks in column.Informed to local authority to conduct stability test and it was conduted on 1st of october . In many places consultent
demolished and take ultra sonic test.It was not properly plastered again due to recent cyclone water seepage observed inside my house.
Kindly send stability report to me. Photos taken by consultent sent to your office but still today no response kindly take nessary action.

I want to bring to your notice that we entered into a lease agreement for installation of tower at No:68, A/1/A/15, Marudhu pandi street, Netaji Nagar, manavely, Pondicherry- 605007. For the above purpose you have pierced my building terrace, beams and walls, creating grooves for installing cell phone tower. Though the work started in the month of February 2020, till now you have not finished the work and kept it unfinished as it is, no one is communicating me regarding the advance and rental amount to be paid and regarding the completion of work, as a rain is continuous my house walls are swelling and the whole building is damaged and RCC concrete is rusting. You already did not pay rental amount from February 2020 to till date (i.e) December 2020 in this situation you are making for the loss and damage to my building for which you have to bear the expenses and liable to bring my house and walls to earlier position failing which I would force to take legal steps. I'm expecting immediate action in this regard.

Tower installation is going on the roof of 03 storey building HN.265A/7C/1, Newada (Kachhar), Ashok Nagar, Prayagraj, house owner Manoj Singh/DP Singh by your company M/s Pragati construction (P) Ltd., It is densely populated, flooded and unauthorized residential area.Also some tution centre for children, Play School for children and Nursing home are located nearby above said location. So It is not following DOT guide lines for Mobile Tower Installation.
Construction in this area has been declared illegal by Honourable High Court.Prayagraj Development Authority has reported unauthorized mobile tower installation on the above said location and informed Superintendant of Police for stopping mobile tower installation by the Cant Thana Police.On the request of residents of surrounding ADM-II, Prayagraj has also instructed SHO Cant to stop Construction of Mobile Tower Installation.Complaint has also send to Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister, Nagar Ayukt prayagraj by the residents of Newada Kachhar and Deputy President Smt. Nirmala Paswan of BJP who is living near the above said location.
It is requested that please cancel this allotment of mobile tower installation on the said address and stop the construction of Mobile tower installation.
It may be shifted another place which is suitable and following norms for Mobile Tower Installation.

Indus Towers is very irresponsible to pay landlord rent. They are not receiving phone calls also. I have renewed rent agreement in September . At the time of renewal, the company assured us to do the pending water leakage issue. But this issue remains unsolved.
Also, we have not received rent from last 3 month. I have contact Indus Aurangabad Area Manager-Mr. Khalid Shaikh, but he is also not responding.

I have also written mails to Indus mail ID- [protected]@indus.com but issue not solved yet.

I contacted customer care on 12th Nov to show my concern about getting less rent than it should be and I was assured that I will be contacted within 1-2 business days however no one has contacted me yet. Hello,

My name is Rupeshbhai B Patel . I had given my property on rental basis to Indus Towers since 25/04/2003 and the agreement got expired on 26/04/2018 . I requested the personals at Indus towers to dismantle the tower which is situated by Indus towers on my property .

After a few meetings, we came up to the final decision and created a Full And Final Negotiation Deed which stated that the company will pay the overdue rent which is outstanding since March 2016 and pay the rent of Rs40, 000 per month after 30th August 2019 . So the total amount which is due is accounted for Rs7, 01, 225 (as of 25/02/2020) . And at the same time, the rent of almost 5 months is due from 25/02/2020 (as of 2nd November 2020). I've also tried contacting the customer service but they aren't responding properly or neither they are taking any strict measures regarding this matter .

The officers at who are responsible for this matter are saying that the higher management is not approving the F&F Deed because they think that the figure is too high for the company . At the same time, The officers at the vadodara office do not response to my calls and make foolish excuses whenever I call them .

I haven't yet recieved any NOC for the dismantled tower as well . I request the management to take this case seriously and take action regarding this matter.

Technicians fake alarms generate krte hai or DG reading manually Run krvayi jatti hai. Mai khud technician Manak ko aisa krte hoye dekha hai.please in jaise logo pr hard action hona chaiye.

I'm worked as security guard in indus towers (BSC. Tarn Taran. Punjab) site I'd. 1028016. In my job period im seen the Technician Run fake alarms of Main fail, and DG ON. Also Run DG reading manually.they take Diesel on behalf of Reading and alarms time and Sell Diesel in Market. It is a Big Scam and all technicians are involved with this directly, may be also involved management.im also sent you some Call recording between me and Technician. Because technician Used me for this operation. And send me to any Site to run alarms.technician name is Manak from Amritsar.
Please take action on these things 🙏.
