Dear Sir, this is to bring to your notice that an Airtel tower is being forcefully and illegaly being bigening to start construction.
The agreement signed by Indus Tower by Nitesh Ganga Deb resident of Po/Districe/ PS - Deogarh, Odisha to construct an tower for Airtel is fradulent and ficticious. The coordinates of the site of construction dose not match to the plot number provided in the agreement. The site of construction is a Government of Odisha property where as the plot mentioneed in the agreement is far from it. It has already been verified by the Revenue inspector and has asked the contractor to stop work.
My complain is that inspite of apprising Mr Sathpaty and Mr Biren Pradhan of Indus Tower telephonically and sending them all relevent documents on whatsapp, how have they allowed and forced the concerned contractor to start work forcibly.
Requesting you to kindly start an proper inquairy to the matter and take appropriate action against the Indus Tower authorities who have falsly and fraudulently signed the agreement with Nitesh Ganga Deb and have forced the local contractor to start work.
A complain has been filed with the Local PS, Collector and the Tahsildar of which a copy is being attested to this mail, along with the concern plot ROR.
