Indus Towers — removal of mobile tower - 10 year contract over | |||
Hello sir, I am pintu patel. My address is shyam apartment, near rameshwar police choki meghaninagar, ahmedabad. Last 10 year ago, mobile tower in our society terrace. But last 6 month was his contract is over. Our society management already spoke him please remove tower as soon but mobile tower owner is not removed tower in our society. Hi, I am venkatesh from Tirupati, Andhrapradesh . Indus towers has installed a pole site on our terrace 10 years back. Agreement has expired in March2018, but the company has not yet removed tower from our terrace and not even paid rent. I have contacted them so many times but no reponse. The local estate manager, Anand at Tirupati is a useless fellow. I want to proceed legally, Please tell me to whom I have to address legal notice in Andhra Pradesh.

We are ammount paid on[protected] for additional load. Including of 11kva line and transformer. But work pending . With we are facing voltage problems forthat ele- equipments was burned.
So kindly acknowledge the complaint and solve problem as early as possibled.
