Indus Towers — Technician and supporting staff' misbehaviour and false allegations

Sir/Ma'am, I'm writing this complaint against technician and his staff. They are making false allegations against us and they're using inappropriate language too. They are misusing their powers, they don't do their job on their site. They say they're acting as per the directions given by the staff of Aligarh. They are absent on site but visit only for like half an hour. He comes with his staff but the problem is they don't have their id cards either. If they do something wrong, how can we take responsibility for that? Ownership has been transferred from the landlord to the company under the pressure of the company. Please install cameras and provide guards on the site. We can't take responsibility because the kind of allegations they're making are disturbing and our reputation has been also harmed because of them. They keep threatening us with police. At least install cameras and provide guards for site's safety. It's my assumption that they were recording us so we also recorded them once.
