Dear sir / Madam, I am Aroulselvi, I have account on your pondicherry branch, since, last 3 years. Some my personal reason i want to be close my account with your bank. due to this, i am roaming. but there is no positive result. I do not know i should maintain minimum rs 10, 000 during account opening. After, i bought two wheeler i gave the bank cheque. then they detect more than 450 rs as non maintain charges per month.I lost 12, 000 rs last 2 years. i have mental depression. At final, i have approached the bank to close the account. there are no positive result. when i leave the account without closing, they will keep on add non maintenance charges on my account. finally, it's reflected in CIBIL.
