[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Amazon initiate refund but bank not credit my amount in account | |
On 18th August, I ordered a mobile redmi note 10 (4/64)from Amazon shopping site with my card Whose price ₹12499 .I am mentioning his order id here as well. Order id[protected] This order of mine got cancelled.And my refund was issue from Amazon on the 23th aug.But till now this amount has not been credited in my account. The reference number that I have received from Amazon is also mentioning here. REFUND REQUEST NO- 74056631231123045596427 When the refund initiated by Amazon on the 23th aug then why have you not transferred my amount to my account yet? One is your customer care. Gives such poor service. After receiving the phone no one responds till 20:20 minutes You people provide such poor service in such a big bank, do you like it?Here there is no one to understand the problem of the customer, the customer facing pblm but you people do not mean anything.My request from At least try to understand the problem of the customer. Because the customer is there then you are the people too. I have your request. I have given my order id nd rqst reference number everything. as soon as possible my refund my account. I mention some screen shot also please help mee Because neither my bankers are helping nor your customer care wants to help.I have sent everything to you, which is the reference number in the mail I received from Amazon. Please help me if anything can happen to you. You see today the whole month went on to end but my refund has not come yet. Request to you if you guys have any value then please take action on my complaint. This is my third complaint. Taking on you also my refund has not come to my account yet. Just a message or mail comes that you send the details and the refined will come. But nothing is happening. If you tell that those people of yours have also ended. In front of these people, then we will not complain even here. My order was placed on 18th August and today the whole month is ending, but my refund is not received.
