Balance deduct in name of non-maintenance several times

I am writing to urgently request clarification regarding an issue with a recent deposit made to my account. I deposited funds into my account, but I noticed an unexpected deduction. I am deeply concerned, and I request that this matter be resolved immediately.

Fraud occurred with the Bank

I have taken a PL from IndusInd bank for 20 Lac at a ROI of 10.60% whereas I was promised for 10.35%, Upon rejecting the offer the Sales Manager Name Suraj Tiwari promised me that the Balance percentage amount between (10.35 to 10.65%) Approx 17K would be credited back to my account within 3 to 4 Hrs. of Disbursement, It's been almost a Week now and now they are not answering my calls and Messages, I kept trying hard to...

I really condemn the working style of IndusInd bank. On 9 January 2025 today I had 771.17rs in my bank account, It was completely reduced to zero IndusInd bank have deducted two ecs return charges of rs. 531 and 240.17 in this crucial moment where everybody is struggling with their earnings and emis pay these type of deductions are highly codemned. Rbi has also said that no charges should be apply on customers against short of balance, ecs return etc. Still IndusInd bank is not following rbi guidelines.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Re: Incompetence in Account Opening and Unauthorized Charges - Gift City/NRE/NRO Account

    I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the incompetence displayed by IndusInd Bank during the opening of my Gift City/NRE/NRO account. Despite fulfilling all KYC requirements, the bank's inefficiencies have resulted in a loss o[censored]SD 120, charged by the Intermediate Bank.

    Prior to account opening, I explicitly informed the bank that the funds would originate from a company account, and all correspondence took place via the company email. However, the compliance team later claimed that the money should have come from a personal account.

    I find it astonishing that:

    1. KYC requirements were seemingly fulfilled, yet issues arose after receiving the funds.
    2. The bank failed to acknowledge and accommodate the previously disclosed company account arrangement.

    I request:

    1. Immediate reimbursement o[censored]SD 120, unfairly charged by the Intermediate Bank.
    2. A thorough investigation into the account opening process to identify and rectify the shortcomings.
    3. Compensation for the inconvenience and financial loss caused.

    On 7 th January is going to be 2 months since my complaint to Indusind Bank and no response has been received since then. They are supposed to respond within one month which they have not done.

      Dear Team,

      Your one of the agent Satish Chaurasiya (+[protected] called me up for credit card issue telling me I will receive a little more than 3 lacs in rupees as credit. He had talked to me several time before the process of issue got completed. But when I actually received the card, I got a mere credit amount of just rupees 30k which he never even mentioned before. After asking about the mismatch, he told it would be upgraded in usage for 2, 3 months or so which was unacceptable. & now he's not picking up the call nor responding over whatsapp chat at all.
      His another friend Shivam (+[protected] was also simultaneously chatting over whatsap as well as over phone call, but now he's also quiet.
      For the process of video KYC, I had wasted around 3-4 hrs in the weekends on 14th Dec'24.

      I am very hopeful that my issue gets resolved ASAP when these two scamsters would be punished and my credit limit would be adjusted as per the promised figure.

            Delay in Account opening

            I tried to open a bank delight account in Indusind bank but I find this to be a very horrible experience. First I started filling the online application for saving account, giving all adhar and pan card details after that there was video KYC then after completing that I taught whole processes is done and account will be created but there was no KYC completed. I have done the offline KYC at home branch also but still delay in account opening....

                    My self shaikh Farez shaikh naser i have open account and do kyc on 14 /05/2024 and sir told me it will update and it will unfreeze today is 27/may/2024 uptill now it's showing in process from bank cidco santosh sir which done my kyc he said from our side it's done and you documents goes to clu team which assign from 15 days happen but he didn't work and update to system I am facing problem of freeze plz unfreeze my account.                       In October 2016, I purchased a Ford Ecosport vehicle and obtained a loan from the Raebareli branch of IndusInd Bank for a three-year term. The loan was repaid in full in 2019. Subsequently, I visited the bank to collect the No Objection Certificate (NOC), but I was informed that it had been returned to the main office (Lucknow) because of my delay in collecting it. I then applied for a duplicate NOC and paid the required fee on August 1, 2022 (Fee Receipt Attached). As of May 2024, I have not yet received the duplicate NOC.

                        My name is Premlata Rai and I had ordered Isc class 12 physics book of RS. 350 in Clankart website on 29 April 2024 and after 3rd May the seller cancelled the order. And on (Date 4th May 2024)
                        Clankart initiated the amount to my account but I still didn't get the money. Clankart sent this reference number

                          I have been using credit card for the last more than 5 years. I have never made delayed payment. This time also I have cleared credit card bill a day before due date. i.e 23/03/2024 of rs 8820.87 as per the statement through sbi yono bank but the amount had not been credited till 30/03/2024 and I got the refund on 31/03/2024. So I made the payment again on 01/04/2024.

                          I have already informed them so many times through mail that amount has not been delayed because of me, it's because of your associate partner ( sbi yono). It's not my fault.

                          They have charged penalty of rs 5104 approx for the mistake I didn't commit. I have been trying to connect with them through mail but they are not responding.

                          I would request you please look into the matter. my credit score would have negative impact because of this.

                              Sub : Reversal of Credit Card charges Rs. 825
                              I have made a payment on time for Rs. 1799.00 27/1/23, but the same got returned by bank after two days 29/1/23, which I have noticed late and i have put a mail immediately as soon i noticed .
