Service Reference Number 40263556

Several times communicated for my credit card charges reversal with them, but they are not resolving and facing very very poor service and there is no understanding and no proper resolution. . So pls understand the situation and assist to reverse all charges on exceptional basis and confirm on priority

    With reference to above mentioned subject I Narender kumar received 6 Lac amount as Loan dt 25.5.2023. telephonic call & repayment schedule confirms that proc. + GST IS 3000+540=3540 to be charge. May monthly statement shown proc charge + GST 6000+1080. Kindly check & resolve it.

      I had purchased a hero maestro financed by Indusind bank back in 2012. Tenure was merely a year and all the EMIs were paid on time. I did not receive any NOC for the loan closure. Request you to respond on this matter ASAP. Details as below.

        Because of some medical emergency i was not able to make credit card payment and in April i paid 8100 everything goes to overdue amount finance charges also huge and i askes bank to convert all my outstanding to emi or give some payment options but they are not replying or ready to give any help. And collection agent is harassing like anything. He always doung whatsapp calls and video calls also and he asked to pay now pay now
        I shared hospital bils also.I need some payment option because of his torture iam mentally depressed i dont know why this people are doing like this iam communicating through bank.

            I initiated a imps transfer of rs 50, 000 on 31st march 2023 from my sb account[protected]indusind).But due to minor mistake in account number the amount got credited to wrong account number.

            Wrongly credited account details-[protected] mahajan school of competitions, union bank of india

            right account details-[protected] saraswat designs opc pvt ltd., union bank of india
            i had complained several times with indusind bank complaint no[protected] and 37730500 but there is no response. I had personally spoke to the wrongly credited customer over phone and he is ready to reverse back the amount provided he receives any communication from bank.But still indusind has failed to communicate with union bank of india.

                Indusind recovery team is harrassing myself and my family for the outstanding payment of my credit card.. as I have lost job, I am unable to pay credit card payment.. but this recovery team is threatening our family that police will come to your house they will arrest you all like that...

                    Settlement of Credit Card dues- I agreed for paying settlement amount
                    (Rs.51, 656/-) but due to financial constraints I requested the Bank to allow me to pay in 5 EMIs. Bank has not given any answer and recovery agents/lawyers are pressurizing me to pay in 2 EMIs which is not possible for me .

                      I am the customer of Indusind Bank and since few months i am getting personal loan calls i have requested them i am not having any requirement but repeatedly calling, as checked with bank customer support they said we have raised the request to stop calling and enable DND but this is not working. Bank people calling me repeatedly which is making more disturbance.

                        They imposed 42 thousand charges on me for 7 days late payment. They didn't return it on request. After that they charged 38000 on the next wil main me 30 thousandPlease get these charges back to me. I have closed my credit card because of this reason.

                          On Saturday 20 may 2023 I got a call from a lady . She told me that she is talking from credit card verification department. She asked me to complete your credit card verification then I said ok please process my verification. She asked me all my details of credit card and I was in hurry and by mistake I gave all my details of credit card then she said you are having an offer in your credit card like you have an offer of discount card which is free of coast . I said ok process this card then she Asked me an OTP if 6550 rs of transaction And I have given that OTP to her by mistake She has deducted 6550 rs from my credit card. Please reimburse my amount as soon as possible. I did not know that this was a fake call and I would have been trapped in this . Please resolve my issue I beg to you .

                                I receive 6-8 sales calls from IndusInd Bank, despite blocking each number religiously. This is despite registering for DND more than a month back. I would like this to stop immediately and would also like someone to investigate if IndusInd Bank is misusing or selling customer data.

                                  I am getting continuous calls for every 15 mins about credit card offer. I rejected it so many times. But they are calling daily, how many times i need to tell them. Even I can't sleep happily, i am putting my mobile on silent mode while i am sleeping bcoz of their torture. If I get any emergency calls who will be responsible for it. Please stop this harrasment. Many banks are there but this type of torturing bank i have never seen.

                                    I am getting marketing call on a daily basis for providing personal loan, when the offer was rejected why does your indusbank is calling us on a daily basis. will the loan requirement changes every day

                                    These calls through predefined voice calls are highly disturbing and it is unfair practice of harassing customer. Contact numbers are provided to bank for reach regarding banking service and not for harasment. My mobile number is already registered as per TRAI regulation for do not distrub. This was complained to your customer services and premium services on a regular basis. As suggested i registered i indusbank portal for donot call services, However i have to toleration your call for another 45 days. Does your bank doing to pay me for handling your calls for another 45 days ? Can you do something to immediately stop your spaming calls ?

                                      My current account is under debit freeze from 26 April 2023, i visited home branch many times and they just say that have received an attachment order on my account. But they never tell me what was the reason in the attachment order. Kindly let me know what i have to do to unfreeze my account.
