Indusind Bank — Amazon initiate refund but still not received | |
On 18th August, I ordered a mobile from Amazon shopping site with my card Whose price ₹12499 .I am mentioning his order id here as well. Order id[protected] This order of mine got cancelled.And my refund was issue from Amazon on the 23th aug.But till now this amount has not been credited in my account. The reference number that I have received from Amazon is also mentioning here. REFUND REQUEST NO- 74056631231123045596427 When I asked the customer care of the bank to check this reference number, they said that no amount credited by this refund reference no.
