Dear Sir/Madam,
On 07/08/2020 I tried to withdraw amount of 9000 rupees from SBI ATM but it clearly showed on the screen that the transaction failed. And immidiately i recieved a sms that 9000 rupees has been debited from my account, which I have no knowledge of.
I have enclosed a copy of the ministatement for ease of reference.
It is apparent that either an error has been made on your part or my identity has been fraudulently used by a third party.
And i have raised a complain regarding the same on 08/08/2020.
Complain Number is 803911 with account no[protected]
And i havent recieved any money till now on my failed transaction.
As per the RBI guidelines and and the link shared "in the case of a failed ATM transaction, the banks has been mandated to recredit the customer's account within 5 calender days from the date of the failed transaction"
If the bank fails to recredit the amount as per the RBI guidelines " the card issuing bank has to pay compensation of Rupees 100 per day for delaying in recrediting the customer's amount beyond 5 calender days from the date of the failed ATM transaction"
Which I have not received yet.
I would request you to look into this matter asap and resolve this asap.
