Indusind Bank — car loan closing

Dear team,

I book the vehicle maruti brezza zdi plus from kalyani motors lb nagar i given loan documents to process indusind bank executive in house banker and loan was sanctioned an amount rs.7, 50, 000/- on 31-dec-2018. And decided to take vehicle delivery on 3rd jan 3019.

Due to personal problems i decided to cancel the booking & not to take vehicle delivery.

But in the meantime loan amount disbursed to showroom by bank executive, loan no# aha09501c i paid to showroom only token amount of rs. 20, 000/-.

And my question here is, without paying margin amount how got loan disbursed to showroom, where vehicle cost is rs.12, 50, 000/-.

On 3rd jan 2019 which is delivery date, that day nor showroom person (Or) bank person contacted me for not come for vehicle delivery.

Days after on 7th jan showroom sales person called me & i informed that vehicle not delivered. I confirmed that vehicle not taking delivery & cancel my booking. But showroom person told that invoice already raised & unable to cancel.

On 8th jan i sent message to dgm chitty babu kalyani motors saying the not taking vehicle delivery due to above mentioned reason. But no revert from that side.

And on 15th or 16th i went to showroom and told to cancel the booking and refund the amount of rs, 20, 000/- which paid as token amount. He told give me some time & we will cancel your booking and will refund the amount. But after 2 days there is no call/message from showroom

And i went to indusind bank also to cancel the loan and i visited loan center indusind bank lb nagar. I meet with kishore branch head, i informed him that i cancelled my vehicle delivery request given to showroom, kishore said that tell to showroom to refund the loan amount to indusind loan, kishore said closing charges will be applicable, but i told amount credited to showroom not me, so i denied to pay the charges.

After continue follow-up to showroom for refund the loan amount to banker, but not getting proper response from showroom & keep delaying to do the needful.

On 25th jan 2019 call from indus-ind bank collection person for ecs amount. Told that your ecs is not debited so, pay the amount. I told that person that i am not taken vehicle delivery and applied for booking cancellation.

On 22nd feb, showroom sales person called me asking that banker asking noc letter from me to return the loan amount to bank & same has been submitted to showroom on same day.

On 25th feb i submitted the letter to mr. Murthy indus-ind bank secunderabad branch to close the loan.

Please look into this issue on priority without any additional charges.
