Dear Team, I pre closed my car loan on 17th December 2020 but still my emi got deducted on 21 Dec of amount 13557 and bank blamed me for not informing them about pre closure in advance. Lokesh, the bank executive asked to wait for 2 weeks and assured me the deducted payment will be credited in given time but unfortunately I had been waiting for the payment till date. It is almost 5 months and visited the bank more than 10 times. Kindly help me.
