[Resolved] Indusind Bank — cash didn't come out through atm | |
I am pankaj jain. I want to tell you that on 19/13/2017 at 10:02 pm i withdraw cash through an atm of hdfc bank the machine counted notes but they didn't came out of it and after 5 minutes a message of withdrawal of 10000 came to my phone i haven't received my amount back. With reference to your complaint regarding a debit placed on your IndusInd Bank savings account in spite of non-dispensation of cash from an HDFC Bank ATM. Please follow the below process for claiming the funds: 1. Submit a complaint /dispute letter to the issuing bank IndusInd Bank branch where you hold the savings bank account. 2. The Issuing Bank will then raise a chargeback dispute/query on us (HDFC BANK) seeking the disputed transaction status. 3. If the transaction stands valid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which would be credited to your account by your respective bank.
