Indusind Bank — Cheated by Customer care representative (Name: His Mob: [protected]) | |||||
I am a customer of indusind bank. Currently i am holding a credit card (Card# [protected]). I would like to highlight a point here that i have been cheated by on of your representative (Name: hia, mob: [protected]). Below i have descrived the issue that i have faced. During feb 2017 end i got a call from hia (The representative) for a credit card which is having a 500 rupees enrollment fee but i disagree to take the card as i was looking for a free card. Then she said that she will manage to make the card free for me and the enrollment fee will be paid by her, so i agreed upon her commitment and took the card stating on the document that the enrollment fee will be paid by myself. But when the first bill was generated i found that the enrollment fee has been applied. Therefor i called her and she said that yes that the charge will be applied to the card but i dont need to pay the fee as she will be paying it. On the date of due date i. E 25-apr-2017, i called her again to pay the fee but she said that she could not pay the amount as she hasn't got the salary yet and requested me to pay the amount and she will definately return the money once she will get the salary on may-2017. Hence i paid the amount. But since 5th may 2017 i am constantly trying to reaching her and she is not even responding to my calls and messages. I have all the chats that she commit on the enrollment fee payment that i can share as proof. I am really feeling like cheating and would like to take leagal action agains her if not taken by your company. And offcource i am going to close the relationship with your bank just because of this fraud behaviour. I have not received any service for the transaction worth of 80000/- so i would like to go for dispute against country vacations merchant. please help me the same.

I was promised while applying for credit card that all my payments above 5000 will be converted to emi. I have made a purchase of 70000 nd want to convert to emi but now they are saying offer is not available. I cannot pay the entire amount in one go. Please help or else i would have yo discontinue the card.
