[Resolved]  Indusind Bank — cheating customers - personal loan

Hi,

I have a personal loan in indusind bank and due to many issues with this bank i want to close my loan account.
I requested them to share the complete details of my loan account and they are not sending proper details.
I emailed them and i called them but they are not responding properly.
After so many emails they responded after 25 days in last month so i paid this month emi and requested them to share the remaining amount so that i will pay asap.

They increased the outstanding amount now from the last statement, and i already paid one emi as well this month. I am not sure how my loan amount increased after payment?
They are not sending all my emi monthly data.
