[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Close my account | |||
To, The branch manager Indusind bank Defence colony New delhi Subject: complaint of indusind bank. Sir/madam, I am ram surat proprietor of r. M. Enterprises. I complained on dated 17.10.16 regarding close of saving account but till know saving account[protected] is closed or not because i don’t get proper and full information regarding this issue. I don’t now who open this account and why? When i complain i got call from head office as well as branch office regarding my complaint. They told me that they solve my problem as soon as possible, but till now my problem is not solved. So kindly close this account and takes necessary action to such staff who is open my saving account without my permission. Otherwise i take necessary legal action regarding this issue. I also want noc of my all closed account as we as running account that is current account no.[protected] and credit card no. [protected] and fixed deposit of my account because now i am not believe in indusind bank. I want to bring this into your kind attention that on 22.04.2016 i registered a complained of staff of indusind bank mr. Saurav tomer, desh raj and shyamo for misguided me to fulfill their target. Once again i want to complaint. So, that no other person suffer loss due to this staff and i also request you to close my account as soon as possible. Thanks and regard Ram surat c/o r. M. I used your ATM no:- SN001727 on 30-10-16 at 11:33 am with my SBI ATM card for Rs 3500/-, but I'm not getting cash from ATM and 3500/-rs debited from my account.
