Indusind Bank — closure of accounts and lying to customers and toying with them.

Address:Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam. ANDHRAPRADESH, 530026

Ur agent came for accounts saying it will help him getting his target so we gave 3 accounts (Me, dad mom). On 2015 accounts opened and from past 1&half year we urging him to close the accounts as we don’t know what’s happening. Since then (Raviteja (Ur precious employee) now working in kotak) & damodhar (Present employee) telling lies that ur account has been closed & evening i’ll send you details regarding clouded. My dad went to bank they said ur 3accounts not yet started the process for closure. But these guys saying no they have been completed. Me and my dad been roaming since years but no response just toying around. Since 2weeks damodhar saying evening 5pm i will send screenshot of closure but nothing happened. Yesterday i went to back and asked them about this issue and asked them to check whether the accounts had been closed or not. When they checked they said no they not at all started and they are in dormant. Even then ur employee toying around and saying it’s completed they just don’t know and systems are different. Is this how you treat ur customers sir. Raviteja (Previous employee) lodged complaint without our prior notice on damodhar (Like we lodged the complaint) and from main branch they said it will be done with in 7 days. The complaint also went and damodhar said i got complaint on me and ur process will be done in 2days. After that it crossed 1month and yet no process and nothing done. Please help us. Make sure this time it does sir. My father is a senior citizen yet he’s going to and fro asking them to close it yet nothings happening. Thank you.
