[Resolved] Indusind Bank — complaining about false/wrong bill of credit card | |||||
I am getting false bills for my credit card since 2 months and indusind customer care is not willing to provide any kind of support. I never used my card for amazon prime membership but they have taken money from me once and again sent the bill for the same membership next month and pressurizing to pay it otherwise they would impose the penalty. They are charging for the annual amazon prime membership every month which i didn't make payment from the card. And they have been asking since 2 months for that. I am facing a lot of issues from day 1. Initially they gave me wrong commitments for selling their card and then begged me to keep the card in place of no annual fees. And after that they continuously followed me for the payment. Request for a strict action again indusind bank for manipulating the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
