My brother has credit card loan from indus ind bank, pune. He was never a defaulter until he started facing job issues. But still he was trying and managing to pay the minimum amount that was mentioned by the bank. Since few months the employees named priyanka kamble, avinash and the manager vikas from the bund garden branch in pune, has been using unwanted comments and abusive languages on the delay of payments. They don't only abuse him but family members also. Last month it was height. When they called for the payment my brother was seriously ill and when he informed the same they told him to consume the tablets in large number and sleep permanently. It was like this "aap ye tablets hamesha k liye leke kyu nhi so jate hai". They called and harassed from different numbers and all of them abusive.
My brother got depressed and consumed some tablets together and his health worsened. Kindly tell me is this the way to treat the customers who are genuinely in trouble but do not want to cheat? What if he had harmed himself seriously? Who would have taken the responsibility.
We are still in the city and will definitely clear our dues too but its a request please follow some humanity towards the customers. If we were frauds we would have definitely ran away from our responsibilities and would not have paid anything. So kindly consider as we intend to be good citizens and do the possible needful to clear the dues.
I am requesting some serious action against this issue or i would take up to the media for help.
