[Resolved]  Indusind Bank — Complaint against the collection agency from COVID-19+ve Patient

Dear Sir,

I am using Induslnd Bank credit card from the January 2019 to till date and due my financial crisis I was unable to make the payment from April onwards, so I am asking them to settlement but the collection agency having contact no(s). are [protected], [protected] and [protected] and the collection agent namely Ashish and Neha respectively called me randomly and harassing me to make the payment immediately and they are abusing and misbehaving with me and as well as to my husband also.

Sir, I am Covid positive from 07.05.2021 with moderate symptoms. Further collection executive visited at my home on 09.05.2021 for payment collection. My husband was also the Covid positive in the month of April. Right now we both are mentally disturbed and our savings consumed in our Covid treatment.

I am saying them I was unable to make the payment right now, so please settle my this credit card, but they won't and making the pressure on me to make the payment. Just because of this my oxygen level going down and starting the breathing problem. I would like to request to kindly take the strict action against them help me out from them.
