Indusind Bank — complaint regarding unfair transaction from your goodself from my credit card | |||||
Dear sir, my self jarnail singh and i am credit card holder of your bank. My credit card number ending with 9002 had occured a wrong transaction of rs 1100 on 15.1.2019 at 12:22 at google quvideo hk which is basically not made by me because i am not using a smartphone. Besides this, neither my family members nor any other person made this transaction via using my credit card. This transaction is wrongly taken by your goodself. Kindly enquire about this transaction and refund my money of rs 1100 back to me. Otherwise i have left with no option to stop my credit card services. Was this information helpful? | |||||
