[Resolved]  Indusind Bank — Complaint still not close

My name is Abhijeet choudhury, I already place request to close my loan account it's almost more than month neither customer care nor nodal team are not providing any solution. They always deny by saying that the complaint is under processing. It's mental harassment and because of this it's affecting my cibil score.
Indusind bank nodal team are worst even to close loan account they already took more than time. Please team help me to resolve my problem
