[Resolved] Indusind Bank — credit card cancelation | |||
I am using platinum aura master card ending with 9005. Now i want to cancel my card for that i have contacted your customer support & they suggest to generate t-pin. I have tried more than 10 times to generate the t-pin but every time after providing the all information the system not able to generate the t-pin due to some technical issue. Last three days i am facing the problem. I am using hdfc & sbi credit card & never faced such issue.. I am very much offset with the customer care support. Kindly reply with alternative to resolve my issue at earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
