[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Credit card fraud by maharaja bhog on indusind platinum select credit card | |||||
Hi The credit card online statement shows dual entry of the same value and just a few second difference. After speaking with customer care, they asked to raise a dispute by filling in the dispute form and send to premium. [protected]@indusind.com which was done on 13th june There was no acknowledgement even after several reminder mails... Even no revert from nodal officer email id. [protected]@indusind.com Seems indusind is here just to harass and give mental torture to their customers. Neither maharaja bhog cares, nor there is any revert on the mail sent to premium. [protected]@indusind.com or the nodal officer I would like to know from indusind how they cleared the payments twice to maharaja bhog when signature was mandatory on my credit card. The worst customer care i have seen and the least they bother about customer issues.. For others who are viewing this link, i would suggest to stop using this card if you have it... On 25 june, my rs.1500 amount is deduct from icici bank but no amount is disbursed at atm from indusind bank
